Ports of Call
Cruise from Southampton
- Stavanger (Norway): White-painted lanes and a snug harbour set a relaxed tone. Take a cruise into Lysefjord or visit the Canning Museum for a slice of port history. Cafés, street art and fjord views make easy roaming.
- Olden: A quiet village with big scenery at the head of Nordfjord. Ride the Loen Skylift or walk by the Emerald Lakes towards the Briksdal Glacier. It’s small, friendly, and perfectly placed for nature lovers.
- Innvikfjorden (Scenic Cruising): Steep sides, waterfalls and farmsteads drifting past the rails. Wrap up on deck and watch the light change by the minute. It’s Norway’s drama in slow motion.
- Skjolden: Tucked at the end of Sognefjord beneath high peaks. Head to Urnes Stave Church or explore the trails in Jotunheimen National Park. The remoteness is the appeal.
- Haugesund: Seaside promenades and Viking heritage nearby. Walk to Haraldshaugen monument or visit Avaldsnes on Karmøy. It’s a gentle day with coastal air and open views.
