Ports of Call
Cruise from Southampton
- Cádiz (tours to Seville): Atlantic ramparts, sunny squares and tapas bars. Stay local for cathedral views and a market lunch, or take the road to Seville’s grand monuments. Both routes deliver a strong Andalusian flavour.
- Barcelona: Gaudí landmarks and lively streets. Visit the Sagrada Família, wander the Gothic Quarter, then pause along the marina: easy transport and plenty of choice.
- La Seyne-sur-Mer: A smaller Provençal town near Toulon. Walk the harbourfront, cross to Tamaris for views, or head to nearby beaches—a laid-back day by the bay.
- La Spezia (tours to Florence/Pisa): Gateway to Tuscany and the Cinque Terre. Choose Florence’s art, Pisa’s Leaning Tower, or a local train along cliffside villages. Lots of scenery whichever way you turn.
- Civitavecchia (tours to Rome): Access point for Rome’s classics and quieter quarters. Tick off the Forum and Pantheon or linger in Trastevere. Trains are regular and direct.
- Alicante: Palm-lined esplanade and castle-topped old town. Climb to Santa Bárbara for views, then explore Barrio de Santa Cruz. Beaches sit close for a simple finish.
