Ports of Call
Cruise from Southampton
- A Coruña: Oceanfront promenade and a Roman lighthouse. Walk to the Tower of Hercules, then loop to Maria Pita Square. Museums and cafés sit along the route. It’s a flat, walkable circuit from the pier to the old town.
- Málaga: Art-filled city with Moorish walls. Climb the Alcazaba, step into the cathedral, then visit the Picasso Museum. Beach paths edge the marina—big sights on short walks.
- La Seyne-sur-Mer: Quayside town for Toulon’s bay. Take the ferry into Toulon or ride the Mont Faron cable car for a wide view. Markets and the seafront sit close by—village pace with city access.
- Barcelona: Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter, and Gaudí lines. Sagrada Família and Park Güell require timed entries, but the waterfront is open and easy to access. Tapas streets thread between sights. A busy day that still fits on foot.
- Cádiz (tours to Seville): Sea walls and cathedral lanes near the pier. Stay for markets and plazas, or take the coach to Seville’s Alcázar and Giralda. Either plan runs on clear timetables. Coast or city, both make sense.
