Cruises to Marseille in 2026 & 2027

Marseille is a major port city in southern France, set on the Mediterranean coast. It is one of the country’s oldest cities, with a strong maritime character and a mix of old quarters, markets, churches and sea views. Cruise visitors often head to the Old Port, Le Panier district, Notre-Dame de la Garde or the waterfront museums. Longer excursions may visit Aix-en-Provence, Cassis or the Calanques. Marseille is larger and rougher-edged than some French Riviera ports, but that is part of its character. It works well for history, food and coastal views.
