Cruise from Southampton
- La Coruna: A city in the Galicia region of northwest Spain. It is known for the Tower of Hercules, an ancient Roman lighthouse that is still in operation. The city features a long, glass-fronted promenade known as the ‘Galerías’.
- Malaga: A city on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia, Spain. It is the birthplace of Pablo Picasso and home to a museum dedicated to his work, as well as the Alcazaba fortress. The city combines a historic centre with a busy port.
- Alicante: A port city on Spain’s Costa Blanca. It is known for its long sandy beaches and a hilltop castle, Castillo de Santa Bárbara, which offers panoramic views. The old town, Barrio de la Santa Cruz, has narrow streets and colourful houses.
- Marseille (Provence): France’s oldest city and a major port on the Mediterranean. The Vieux-Port (Old Harbour) is the city’s focal point, and the Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Garde offers panoramic views. It is a gateway to the wider Provence region.
- Barcelona: The capital of Catalonia, known for its art and architecture. Key attractions include the fantastical buildings of Antoni Gaudí, such as the Sagrada Família, and the Gothic Quarter. The city has a vibrant street life and a strong cultural identity.
- Cádiz (tours to Seville): One of Western Europe’s oldest cities, located on a narrow spit of land. It is renowned for its historic old town, featuring winding alleys and seaside promenades. The port also provides access to excursions to Seville, the capital of Andalusia.
